How long does shipping take?

Please note that the above are only carrier shipping times and do not include order processing times. All orders are processed for shipping in 1-5 business days. All shipping times are estimates and cannot be guaranteed. 

Do you accept returns or do refunds?

Due to health and hygiene reasons, we are unable to accept returns.

Do I need to use glitter glue?

Our glitters are self adhering and do not require any glue but do require a primer/base or concealer. Our loose pigments and multichrome flakes require the use of glue.

What is the shelf life of your glitters?

We recommend using our glitters up to 12 months from first use. 

Are your glitters eye safe?

Our glitter products are made with cosmetic grade, skin-safe glitter; however, we recommend that our customers always use caution when applying any glitter product. Our pressed glitters are not intended for use in the eye area. Use our glitter products with caution and at your own risk and discretion. We cannot be responsible for any injuries that may occur, or for unsafe or improper usage.

What is the difference between your 20 and 18 bundle?

Our 20 glitter bundle does not come with a magnetic palette and is a great option for those that may already own a palette. Our 18 bundle comes with a palette.

Multichrome Ingredients: mica, iron oxide, tin oxide, dimethicone titanium dioxide, magnesium stearate, silica, cocos nucifera, hexylene glycol, caprylyl glycol, potassium sorbate, phenoxyethanol. 

Pressed Glitter Instructions: glitter, organic aloe barbadensis gel, organic vegetable glycerin, hexylene glycol, caprylyl glycol, potassium sorbate, phenoxyethanol, isopropyl alcohol

Pressed Glitter Instructions: 

1. Rub finger back and forth across pan a few times to pick up the product.

2. Simply apply to the desired area after primer. Product picks up and applies better if fingers and application area are moisturized. 

3. If using a brush, swipe a stiff, flat brush (silicone brushes work best) across the pan in a light handed scooping motion. 

While we recommend using a primer, no glitter glue is needed. 

Pressed Glitter Removal: Soak a cotton pad in makeup remover or oil to easily swipe product off.

Multichrome Instructions:

1. Apply eyeshadow primer as base
2. Apple multichrome eyeshadow with either fingers or a stiff brush. A large quantity is not required as product is highly pigmented.
3. Watch eye look change colors under different lighting and angles.
